Did you find a "golden ticket" in your Oui'd cannabis purchase?

Congratulations! You are one of 5 lucky winners that has the opportunity to tour our newly opened growing facility! Don't worry, there aren't any Oompa Loompa's involved and you won't have to worry about any chocolate rivers to fall into. You will, however, get to look forward to bringing a friend (21+) and seeing a cannabis operation in business! Not only do you get bragging rights (because who else in your friend group has been around that much weed at once?) but you'll also receive a free Oui'd t-shirt and some stickers!

To redeem your prize please email a selfie of you and your ticket to ouidheadzpromoz@proton.me. From there will will help you set up a date/time and give you some of our legal mumbo-jumbo.

What can I do to become a oui'd head?

For starters, you can create your account!

We are a very small business and this points system is operated manually so please bear with us- it's definitely worth it! In order to create an account you can email ouidheadzpromoz@proton.me and let us know you're looking to open an account and join the Oui'd Headz community. This will prompt us to send you an email with all of the information we will need to create an account for you (username, security questions, etc.)! Be sure to save the answers to the security questions or use questions you'll REALLY remember the answers to- that's how you'll "log back in" to your account.

How many points do I get per purchase?

Great question! Purchases (made at any location selling our products) of a pre-roll (1g) earns 1.5 points, an eighth (3.5g) earns 5 points and purchases of a quarter (7g) earns 10 points!

I've created an account, made a purchase, and want to add points to my account- how do I do that?

Easy! Be sure to get a receipt from whichever dispensary you purchase our oui'd from- we will need some kind of a proof of purchase. Then you can email us to "log in" to your account and send us over the copy of your receipt and your unique code found on the bottom of every jar. From there we will do the math and send you your updated total number of points!

I just want to check how many points I have, how can I get that information?

No problem- just send us an email to "log in", let us know you want to check your points balance, and we will get back to you ASAP with how many points you have saved up.

I've saved my points- now I want to order some GOODIES! How can I do that?

That's awesome, nice work! Send us an email to "log in" to your account and let us know that you're looking to spend your points- you'll need the item number (found above each item picture) and, if you're ordering something with a size, what size you'd like! We will help you figure out the rest of the details from there!

**If you are ordering clothing please be aware that all merchandise is custom made to order and cannot be exchanged or refunded. If you are unsure of what size to order we will happily send you a size chart in your order email!
